Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers.
- Misuse or intentional damage to the service.
- Issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or VPN setup.
Replacement and Extension
If a malfunction is detected within the first 15 days, you may request a replacement or an extension of your subscription instead of a refund. We will offer a new subscription code at no additional cost.
